How to remove the stereo step by step:
Start by prising off the silver trim on the left hand side. You may need to open the glovebox to help you and start from the top and work down. They are just on pressure clips.
Next remove the right hand side trim as well.
Once removed it should look like this.
On each side of the stereo you have 2x 10mm bolts to undo. One further back than the other. BE CAREFUL NOT TO DROP THE BOLTS!
Now slide the top air vent panel forward to release it from the stereo top and lift it out the way. Now you can remove the stereo by pulling it forward.
Remove radio and disconnect aerial and ISO wiring plugs from back.
